Status definitions:
- Available — Functionality is genuinely usable in the current product.
- Integration-ready — The connection has been tested; client activation and configuration are still required.
- Planned — Not production-ready.
Integration-ready does not mean live at a client property. Production use still requires activation, credentials, mapping and configuration for that client environment.
Integration-ready hospitality software connectivity
HospitalityOS can operate independently and is also designed to connect with an existing hospitality technology stack. Integration-ready connections have been tested, while activation, credentials, mapping and configuration are completed for the individual client environment.
This distinction matters: integration-ready does not mean that every provider is already deployed at a live client property. HospitalityOS presents connection status transparently so operators can distinguish usable capabilities, connections ready for activation and functionality that remains planned.
A better way to operate hospitality.
From everyday operations to spatial guest experiences and connected journeys, HospitalityOS is built to grow with your property.
