HospitalityOS

AI Usage Policy

Last updated: Pending legal configuration

This is a structural legal template. Professional legal review is required before commercial launch. Jurisdiction-specific details, legal entity information, and registered addresses must be confirmed by qualified counsel.

1. How AI Is Used

HospitalityOS may use AI-assisted features for recommendations, concierge functions, and future workflow assistance. AI is used to assist — not to replace — human judgment.

2. AI Output May Be Incomplete or Incorrect

AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate. Material operational and commercial decisions remain subject to appropriate human review.

3. Human Oversight

Material decisions — operational, commercial, or affecting guests — remain subject to human review unless explicitly designed otherwise and authorized.

4. Explainable Systems

HospitalityOS includes deterministic, explainable systems for intelligence and recommendations. These systems should not be misleadingly labeled as AI.

5. No Autonomous Decision Authority

HospitalityOS does not imply autonomous decision authority that does not exist. AI assists and recommends — it does not autonomously execute domain state changes.

6. Guest Data and AI

AI features that process guest data do so within the scope of your authorization and applicable privacy law. Guest PII is minimized.

7. Spatial Data and AI

AI may assist in deriving spatial facts, but provenance is preserved. DETECTED facts are never presented as MEASURED. Confidence and verification prevent uncertain observations from being presented as confirmed facts.

8. AI and Integrations

AI features that interact with external systems do so through authorized, signed integrations. AI does not bypass security or access controls.

9. Transparency

We are transparent about what is AI-assisted and what is deterministic. We do not present deterministic systems as AI or AI systems as deterministic.

10. Changes

We may update this AI Policy as our AI features evolve. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
