You may not use HospitalityOS for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.

2. Abuse

You may not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to disrupt the platform or its users.

3. Security Interference

You may not interfere with platform security, including attempting to bypass access controls or encryption.

4. Unauthorized Access

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts.

5. Malware

You may not upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.

6. Spam

You may not use the platform to send unsolicited communications or spam.

7. Privacy Violations

You may not use the platform to violate the privacy of others, including collecting or processing personal data without appropriate legal basis.

8. Rights Infringement

You may not use the platform to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.

9. Misuse of AI

You may not misuse AI features — including presenting AI output as human-verified without verification, or using AI to process data outside the scope of your authorization.

10. Misuse of Guest Data

You may not use guest data beyond what is necessary for your hospitality operation and authorized by applicable privacy law.

11. Misuse of Spatial Data

You may not present spatial data with incorrect provenance — for example, describing DETECTED information as MEASURED.

12. Platform Integrity

You may not compromise platform integrity, including reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access beyond authorized APIs.
